If you cannot make a session, we can offer you a credit for the value of the lesson if you provide us with a medical certificate. If you are going on holiday, or attending a school camp or others alike, we are not able to offer family credit, and you will have to forgo the lesson. Unfortunately, if the class is full, we are not able to offer make up lessons as we cannot overbook a class.
During the school term, we do not offer free play/open sessions as we have Gymnastics classes through the week, and Birthday Parties on weekends, which occupy the Gymnastics Hall through most hours of the day. However, during the school holidays we offer 1-2 sessions per week, where kids aged 4-12 years old are able to have free reign of the gymnastics hall (supervised by an instructor). More details will be available closer to the date on our website and Facebook page.
All of our gymnastics staff are qualified through Gymnastics Australia and have Beginner level qualifications or higher. Your children are guaranteed to be in capable hands!
When your child attends our Gymnastics classes, they will need to ensure that long hair is tied back, they are wearing appropriate clothing (no skirts, dresses or jeans) and they are not wearing any jewellery (including watches). Children will need to bring a drink bottle with them, as they have a quick drink break every 10 minutes – 1 hour/1.5 hours of Gymnastics can be pretty tiring and they need to stay hydrated!
Yes – please make sure you or your child signs in at Customer Service by simply stating their name and class, to ensure that our bookings at Customer Service match the rolls coaches do in the Gymnastics Hall.
We have a viewing area upstairs where parents and siblings are welcome to watch the class, or there is a bench downstairs where you can watch through the gate. Unfortunately due to safety, parents/siblings are not able to watch from inside the Gymnastics Hall gate.
