The YMCA of Inner North East Adelaide (INEA) Leadership Team, which is comprised of Board members and management staff, is dedicated to encouraging and supporting the development of happy healthy communities through its mission and vision initiatives. Our board members have a wide range of professional and life experience and contribute significantly in their honorary capacities to ensure INEA YMCA delivers on our Mission, Vision and Values.

INEA YMCA is governed by a Board of volunteers who are appointed on an annual basis to ensure effective governance of the Association whilst representing the views and needs of the Inner North East of Adelaide community. The Board is committed to governing and communicating with transparency, accountability and integrity with all of our stakeholders and with the community.
